3. Custom Orders & Design Approval
- embroidery orders are based on designs provided by you or created in collaboration with us.
- Before production begins, you will receive a proof for approval. Once approved, no further modifications can be made.
- We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and order size.
- Shipping providers to deliver your orders.
- PatchhedbyTas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our embroidery, all sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the problem.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing the case.
- Turnaround time for garments is 8-10 business days from the time of order to shipping. This does not include delivery time, which varies by location.
6. Intellectual Property
- original embroidery designs and artwork created by PatchhedbyTas remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without written permission.
